Nature therapy
Join me for 2 hours on the forest just for you bathing in nature. This is a walk taken at a very slow pace with time to sit, stand of lie amongst our surroundings to open all the senses and allow nature be your guide and healer. Contact me for more details or RSVP to book. £15 per person.

About the event
Take time for yourself to reconnect to nature. Even though this is a group event you will be given enough space to create your own journey through nature. As your guide I am here to simply take away time and destination while creating a safe place for you to take what you need from the nature therapy and to offer invitations to enhance your experience by opening up your senses allowing balance, healing and relaxation to flow.
This therapy is taken at a slow pace on easy paths only covering a couple of miles over 2 hours so suitable for most abilities of fitness. Due to the nature of this event (self-care and time just for you) this event is not suitable for under 15 years of age and dogs not permitted.
