Nature is a vital part of our well-being. When we disconnect from nature, we disconnect from a part of ourself. Slowing down in nature has a very profound and positive effect on mental and emotional well-being and proven to boost the immune system. 

 

So turn off your phone and find yourself a gorgeous spot in nature, have a seat, and just be!
