Spirituality is just about animal instinct.
Any spiritual practice or healing cannot begin to happen if we don't start with connecting to our own body and I find it is quite often the first and simple steps that block us from doing so because of the language around spirituality. What do I mean by that? Take mindfulness for instance. The moment you say it, most folk perceive it as a time of self care and slowing down. Its a time to step away from the technology and over stimulation and you kick off your shoes and step o

Deer of the New Forest.
Here in the New Forest, we have five different type of deer. The red, the sika, the fallow, the roe and the muntjac. Welcome to October in the New Forest.
This is one of my favourite months of the year, the leaves are turning and the forest is full of the last blast of activity before the stillness of winter. A thundering of hooves from brave ponies taking their riders through and over everything that is asked of them as riders holla and yip! To try and outwit the next move of the forest run ponies. The drifts are wild and exciting and only suitable for the brave and those that were literally born in the saddle.
