Wellbeing boost in nature!

While everything is closing, grounding and being cancelled, there is one way you can get fresh air and exercise while spending time with others.There is evidence showing being among nature lowers blood pressure, lowers cortisol levels, improves cardiovascular and metabolic health while boosting the immune system and general well-being so why not join me for a guided walk in the beautiful New Forest? Join me for a 4.5 mile circular walk taking in the beautiful views and nature of Burley and Holmsley, with a stop halfway at the station tearoom, Holmsley.
