Are you looking for Reiki in the New Forest?
I’m a Reiki Master and Rahanni practitioner, and I’m going to say something controversial… 🫣
𝙀𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨𝙣’𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡.

Not on its own, anyway.
What energy healing can do is support you in regulating your nervous system. It gives you permission to stop. To rest deeply. To come out of fight, flight, freeze or overwhelm for an hour.
And in that deeply rested state, you may find that the things you already "know" become easier to hear, feel, recognise and understand.
But here’s the kicker…
𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒆𝒆𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒑𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒇𝒘𝒂𝒚.
If you’re not willing to look at your perceptions, reflect on your patterns and participate in your own healing journey, energy healing can become nothing more than an hour away from your pain, fear or overwhelm, and I don’t believe that’s what healing is supposed to be.
Energy healing is a supportive tool for creating a healthier way of living - a way of coming back into balance, into yourself, and into the flow of life.
But alongside it, sometimes you need to talk. You need to self-reflect.You need to make different choices.
And if you have a physical issue, you may need the physio, the exercise, the medical support or whatever your body needs to help it recover.
Your healing is not my responsibility.
As your practitioner, my role isn’t to take your pain away.
I don’t want to wipe your tears and tell you everything will be okay.
I want to create a space where you feel safe enough to 𝒄𝒓𝒚 𝒊𝒕 𝒐𝒖𝒕. 𝑾𝒂𝒊𝒍 𝒊𝒕 𝒐𝒖𝒕. 𝑺𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝒊𝒕 𝒐𝒖𝒕. 𝑻𝒂𝒍𝒌 𝒊𝒕 𝒐𝒖𝒕.
And then, when you’re ready, I can help you come back to yourself through a deeply relaxing healing session.
That’s why I created 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙮. Because I recognised a gaping hole in the healing process.
We often try to jump straight from “I’m hurting” to “I’m healed.”
But what if there’s a missing step?
What if you need somewhere safe to 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍 𝒊𝒕, 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒊𝒕, 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒊𝒕 before you can genuinely move forward?
That’s what Nature Therapy was created for.
Not to promise that you’ll never hurt again. Not to make your pain disappear. But to help you develop the awareness, the tools and self-connection to move 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 difficult experiences rather than becoming trapped inside them.
Because true healing isn’t about someone else fixing you.
𝑰𝒕’𝒔 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒐𝒘𝒏 𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝒕𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇.🌿
