Novembers Newsletter

We have enjoyed some lovely walks during November in the golden sunlight. This is one of my favourite times of year in the New Forest as everything is glorious in the 'letting go', and it looks like the sun is going to shine on Sammie and me for our last walk of the month, I will be hosting in collaboration with the Hedgerow Yogi, Sammie Longhorn. We will be taking a walk at Breamore, to the Mizmaze, and sharing our passion for what the land offers, from medicinal plants, wild food, energetic connections, folklore, and history. There are still a couple of spaces if you would like to join us.

The pigs are snuffling up the woodland near my home, and it's great to see them almost daily as they carry out their important work and do a great job at it. They are out until the middle of January, so don't get too caught up in the Christmas rush to not take time and get out in nature.

You can join me on a walk at Barton on Sea clifftop, for a walk with views across to the Needles, and through the nature reserve. We will wander through some of the well-kept streets to enjoy the Christmas lights and decorations before taking in the sea air as we re-join the clifftop, and if you are a full Nature Nurture member, you can join me for two free walks, the first at Denny Wood, one of the oldest, naturally regenerated woodlands in the New Forest, and the second at Markway, steeped in folklore and far-reaching views.

During the busy month of workshops in November, I have met some truly wonderful people, and it's especially rewarding to see them book future events. I've begun expanding my reach by offering workshops in different locations. Last weekend, I hosted the support the energy healer workshop at the Henge Shop in Avebury, and it was a delightful day. I took the opportunity to stroll among the standing stones in the sunshine, and I couldn't have picked a better venue for the event, as the shop is situated within the energy of the stone circle, allowing the stones to be visible from every window.

I am staying in the New Forest leading up to Christmas, with the popular energy flow conversation taking place in Nomansland on the 13th, and a chance to pause and reset at the Winter Solstice slow down on the 21st at Ibsley. Starting in 2026, I will offer a year-long course, meeting once a month—a journey through self-discovery, intuition, and limitless healing. This will be held here in the New Forest, as well as in Andover and Chichester. You can book the entire year at a discounted rate or select individual workshops to attend throughout the year. For details on all the events, please check the link.

This is a wonderful season to observe woodland birds as the trees are bare. You can still hear the songs of robins and blackbirds, while mistle thrushes protect the trees heavy with berries. Our winter visitors have arrived, such as fieldfares and redwings. You might even spot some waxwings, perhaps in the unexpected setting of the Asda car park, where they have appeared previously. Mosses and lichens are revealed from beneath the fallen leaves, and mistletoe finds its hosts in apple and oak trees.

It's the season for wreath making, and although I'm crafting only a few this year due to a busy month, I'm taking orders this week if you're interested. Each wreath is freshly foraged and lovingly made by me. They are priced at £30 each, with free delivery in the New Forest area.

One question that always comes up on the workshops is how to connect to spirit guides and feel that they are there?

Have you ever stopped to think that your main guide has been with you through so many lifetimes that you are so used to their subtle vibration you just don't feel it as anything different?

Throughout my 25 years as an intuitive therapist, I have discovered a simple method to help others connect with their guides, as well as angels, spirit animals, loved ones past and present, and countless other energies that wish to assist, guide, and support you. This approach also helps in recognising the unique sensations they bring, allowing you to identify who is with you.

On Friday evenings connect with your spirit guides, meditation and energetic connections we will be doing exactly that, in a deeply relaxed and safe space. With time to ask questions and if you want to, share experiences over a warm drink after.

Lastly, I wanted to inform you that, due to circumstances beyond my control, I can no longer provide intuitive healing sessions at my home. However, don't worry! I am still offering mobile sessions and will gladly bring my therapy couch to your location. I plan to resume home sessions once I move house in the new year.

I sincerely appreciate all of you for your support this year through Nature and Nurture, or Facebook Subscriptions. Your contributions have enabled me to provide free space in my events and workshops for those in need and to offer one free therapy session each month to individuals who typically couldn't afford it.

Ensure you set aside time for yourself during the Christmas celebrations, as we all understand how overwhelming it can become. Find that balance and dedicate some moments for yourself to enjoy a truly special time with your loved ones, and if you want a unique gift, there are gift cards available to use for all my services or products on offer.

Sending you love, and joy for the season, Warm wishes, Jen x
