During March, we had some lovely walks and were lucky with the weather. We walked the Inclosure tracks from Tilery Road through sweet smelling conifer woodland and meandered through an array of habitats from Acres Down in the warm sunshine. We talked about witches and smugglers and enjoyed a coastal walk powered by the full moon energy at Highcliffe.

During April, we will be walking at Milkham to enjoy the changing season, Puckpits in search of New Forest fae, (or at least the folklore) and an enchanted walk at Breamore with its wildflower hedges and bluebell woods, yew tree groves and mizmaze. This walk is steeped in history and folklore amongst barrows and sacred sites.

You can find out more details of upcoming walks here.
The energies have been a little crazy the last month with eclipse season and planetary alignments, this seems to have bought a lot to the surface for people (including me) that you may have thought you had resolved, but these energies have pushed out the last of those blockages: emotionally, physically, and mindfully. while making you have one last, hard look at it before releasing and clearing the way for new, exciting energies, but, blimey its been a rollercoaster of a month!
The equinox seemed to restore some balance, and talking of which, it was an honour to host an equal number of men and women at this months Energy Flow Conversation. Spiritual events, are normally so female dominant, its nice to see the balance shifting and please know that everybody will receive a warm welcome. Interestingly, the healers and way-showers who have been riding the storm, came out the other side with a more heightened intuition and lots of questions! Therefore, I have been busy this month with helping people on their spiritual path. I love these one-to-one sessions, and it isn't just for healers. It is for anyone who would like help with their spiritual progress. Its so rewarding to see people step out of fear and structure and into their limitless, authentic, self and power.

The members who have subscribed to the Nature and Nurture Membership received this month, articles about Ostara, hares, heathlands, and the fascinating phenomenon of Fetal Microchimerism as we celebrate our Mothers this weekend. Along with an audio about how to navigate the Universal energies, a meditation, a foraged recipe and a downloadable walking route. Not forgetting the discount on events and therapies.
Due to the support of the members it allowed me to offer a free healing session, a free nature therapy session and a space on the Highcliffe walk for folk that can't afford to support their well-being right now. Thank you for making it possible for these deserving people to take a step onto the right path for them.

April is an exciting month for wildlife and nature in the New Forest. Trees will start to unfurl their leaves and bluebells will start to flower. Birds are breeding and the early starters are fledging. Summer migrants are arriving and its a magical moment to hear your first cuckoo of the year. Bats and butterflies start to take to the wing and the first of the New forest foals are arriving. Badger and fox cubs bravely emerge from the ground to socialise and tumble and blackthorn blossom is a buzz with pollinators. Southern wood ants start to rebuild and make repairs to their nests amongst the conifer woodlands, where you might find larch trees as they produce new, soft, lime green needles and new cones flower into Larch roses. (I hope they are blooming in time for the Milkham walk.)

To all the Mothers out there, I hope you get thoroughly spoilt this weekend, and to those of you that need a quick Mothers Day gift, I have gift cards available for any of my services. Buy here.

Finally, don't forget the clocks go forward an hour to British Summer Time tomorrow!
Thank you for taking time to read and for your continued support.
Warm wishes, Jen x
