Hold tight, this super-moon has power!

The full harvest moon is a powerful supermoon, and if, like me, you are sensitive to its energy, you will feel the effects.

This period can be triggering, so it's important to consider your reactions carefully, as it will also reveal truths. These truths will emerge and manifest both in your personal life and on a global level.
It's time to embrace your true self and have the courage to reveal who you really are to the world. This is a moment to step into this authenticity and let it unfold naturally, rather than resisting it. Keep in mind that vulnerability is a form of strength.
You may be feeling a bit confused and questioning your purpose and service. Acknowledge this feeling and remain calm amidst the chaos; you'll emerge stronger and more focused by the new moon, possibly with a new direction and belief. Alternatively, some of you might be actively clearing out, distancing from people who no longer resonate with you, tidying up cupboards, organising your inbox, or unfriending on social media. These actions are all positive, regardless of how you're aligning with the energy. Pay attention to your body, trust your true self, and you'll soon shine.
In my work as an intuitive therapist, I've been noticing signs of people being triggered and moving through their emotions over the past few weeks. Remember, you are not alone, and if you feel uncertain, trust that the universe is supporting you. Ensure you take time to ground yourself and connect with your body and emotions in the coming days. Tomorrow, I plan to visit the sea in the morning to harness the full moon's energy through the power of the waves. In the evening, I'll join some subscribers of Nature and Nurture full membership for a delightful full moon walk in the forest to do some moon gazing and placing my crystals and moon water in the light of the moon.
