During April, we visited Ibsley common and looked at the wartime history taken back by nature, and we will enjoy the bluebells on Thursday evening at one of mine - and the wildlife favourite places in the forest.

During May, we will be enjoying another of my favourite walks at Breamore, with its wild hedges and verges, ancient landscape and magical mizmaze and yew grove. We will also be visiting Puckpits inclosure. Named because it is believed fairies are seen amongst the tree.

In this months class of illuminating the human potential, we will be looking at Universal energies. This includes all the stuff that isn't necessarily in our vision of sight.
Together we will look at the scientific studies and explore:
Sacred sites, ley lines & the mysteries of crop circles.
Connect with cosmic energy and our place in the universe.
Discover the subtle power of crystals and intention.
Experience through guided exercises the energy of distance healing and telepathy.
You can join me for the live classes in Andover on Friday 8th May 7-9pm or in the New Forest on Tuesday 12th May 9.30-11.30am

If you can't join me for the live workshops, know that you can buy a condensed video version from the online shop. Mays workshop will be added after the live events.
Previous classes include:
Trauma, anxiety or calm - where is your energy?
Shadow work - It's not as scary as you think!
Nature connections - Reminding us we are nature.
Intuition and how to enhance it.
During May the hawthorn will come into flower, creating hedges filled with pollinators. New Forest foals will be born, the stallions will be released into the forest on the 11th May, so please take extra precaution around the livestock. The 3rd of May is international Dawn Chorus Day and it is worth getting up at first light and listening for the eruption of song. Badgers are more active outside of their setts as the weather warms and the cubs are becoming more adventurous. The cuckoos, swallows and swifts have already arrived and bats emerge at dusk. Holly Blue butterflies emerge during May too as the bracken unfurls and early orchids flower.

On the 30th, I am excited to offer a brand new event. Join me in a time to slow down and reconnect with animals and nature. We will spend time in a safe and calm environment offered by a local commoner and her animals where you can get up close with new forest ponies and donkeys to absorb their gentle energy, and have full permission to stroke and have cuddles. Jackie and I will share a deeper understanding of these animals and the difference between domestic and semi-feral animals.
We will then take you on an easy 3.5 mile walk at the bronze age hillfort and earthworks of Stagbury where we will take time to sit, watch, listen and sink into nature. We will walk at a slow pace where I will share knowledge of the wildlife and plants, the folklore and the history. We will finish this restful time with a fresh, foraged drink - leaving you in a state of rest, self-awareness, grounded and connected, ready to face your week while covered in hair from plenty of cuddles. I hope you leave feeling rested, inspired and informed, not only about the commoning animals, but your place in - and as nature.
Spaces are very limited so you get the best of the day, and quality time with the animals.

Feeling overwhelmed with life? Maybe you’ve turned to spirituality for answers… but something still isn’t clicking.
You feel great for a while, then the same old patterns, emotions, or habits return. You try to connect with your intuition, your guides, or your healing… but it feels just out of reach.
You’re not alone in that.
I offer 1:1 sessions focused on supporting your spiritual path and reconnecting you with nature and yourself. These sessions are gentle, grounded, and tailored to you - no pressure, no rushing, just space to move at your own pace.
People often find that when they’re given the right support, things begin to shift naturally. Growth, healing, and even joy start to emerge - not because you’re forcing it, but because you’re reconnecting with what’s already within you.
My role isn’t to “fix” you, it’s to help you use the tools you already have… just in a way that finally works.
If this resonates, feel free to reach out.
I could not do this without the support of the membership subscribers, so thank you for being part of my vision of making wellness accessible to all. By suscribing for just £5 per month, you will recieve a free guided walk each month, exclusive content and 20% off all other events. This also gives me the opportunity to offer a free space on events and a free monthly therapy to people who cannot support their financial needs at this time.
Thank you for taking the time to read and for supporting my small business,
warm wishes, Jen x

Run a senior center in Oakland and the word search for adults themes around travel and gardening hit exactly what our members want to talk about afterward.
I usually export at 18-point, two-column, and they finish one within a 45-minute activity slot.
