About the event
Join me in a time to slow down and reconnect with animals and nature.
We will spend time in a safe and calm environment offered by a local commoner and her animals where you can get up close with new forest ponies and donkeys to absorb their gentle energy, and have full permission to stroke and have cuddles. Jackie and I will share a deeper understanding of these animals and the difference between domestic and semi-feral animals.
We will then take you on an easy 3.5 mile walk at the bronze age hillfort and earthworks of Stagbury where we will take time to sit, watch, listen and sink into nature. We will walk at a slow pace where I will share knowledge of the wildlife and plants, the folklore and the history.
