You were never meant to survive alone

The last two workshops focused on illuminating human potential have significantly impacted participants, profoundly laying the groundwork for our healing. We have gained insights into survival responses and learned how to regularly 'check-in' with our bodies to regulate our nervous systems.
In the second class, we specifically explored shadow work and inner child work. We examined how certain behaviours and patterns originate and how we cling to them in adulthood as a means of maintaining safety, which is deeply and often unconsciously connected to survival mode.
In March, we will relate the previous classes to our connections (or disconnections) with nature. We will explore how our body reacts and how the nervous system regulates itself in a natural environment. I will present scientific facts along with my extensive knowledge of the natural world and share my observations on how nature therapy guides the mind, body, and spirit towards an innate state of rest and intuition.

In the audio below, I have combined all three elements to provide a clearer understanding of how intricately connected these subjects are. I hope to convey that on a journey of spirituality, healing, or unlocking your human potential, you cannot bypass any of these aspects without eventually returning to the beginning of your path.
If you would like to join me for the illuminating your human potential class in March, you can join me in Andover, Chichester or The New Forest and you will find the details and choice of venue on the events page here (as Nature and Nurture members you receive 20% off)

Want to catch up with the previous classes? You will find a condensed video version of the workshops with downloadable worksheets on the online shop here. These elements are so important for deeper spiritual alignment and when we get a little more "woo-woo" as the year progresses, you will find it easier to connect with animals, guides, universal energies and healing.
