Selecting a holistic practitioner or spiritual teacher requires more than just examining their professional attire and credentials. To find the right individual to collaborate with, it's essential to ensure they have genuinely invested in their own growth, speak and work from a place of truth and experience, and are committed to continually evolving on their personal journey.

I believe that regulations should be stricter concerning spiritual and healing workshops. Both I and some clients have encountered teachers who convey false knowledge or belief systems, merely repeating the words of others instead of speaking from their own truth. In engaging with the unseen world, we exchange energy, whether through healing, connecting with guides, or enhancing intuition, and it is the teacher's or healer's duty to ensure your safety. If a teacher operates from a place of fear, anxiety, or ego, they are not genuinely "tapped in," leading to misconceptions about holistic therapy. This can result in individuals feeling worse or even traumatised, reinforcing the belief that it doesn't work for them.
