Nature therapy.

I will soon be offering nature therapy. This is not your average walk, but spending 2 hours on the forest taking a slow meander covering less than a couple of miles while inviting you to awaken your senses one at a time as I guide you to a quiet,safe space to do so.


Even though this is a small group activity, you are given enough space and freedom to make this your own journey to reconnect not with, but as nature whilst keeping a social distance. It has been scientifically proven that this type of therapy reduces stress, improves mood, reduces blood pressure, accelerates recovery from illness and boost the immune system. As well as these benefits, I have witnessed deep, profound rebalance and calm amongst participants which has been proven to stay with them for up to a week after the therapy.
