Meditive and meandering was my stroll. Feeling utterly aware of my surroundings, that the edges of my self awareness blurred into nature.
I sat with the wildflowers, breathed with the trees, and I flowed with the stream. I sang with the birds and hummed with the bees. I tiptoed with the meadow pipits and walked purposefully with the ponies.
Just for an hour, I faded into the wisdom of the ancient land as my heart always beats at the same pace as the New Forest. As nature is me, and I am nature.
