June Newsletter

During June, we had two special walks. The first was at the ancient site of Clearbury Rings, steeped in history and folklore with its abundance of wildlife, wild herbs, and flowers. Then we took an evening walk in an ancient, wild woodland and sat in the warmth of the evening, listening to and watching the nightjars, bats, and owls.

During July, there are four opportunities to come walking with us. This Thursday evening, we will take a short walk along the river as we meander the Moot at Downton - just outside of the forest. Then on the 11th, we will enjoy all the different habitats of the forest and keep an eye out for the red deer at Ober Heath. On the 19th, we will meet some beautiful and lesser-known ancient trees, including the Eagle Oak on the ancient tree walk. We will round off the month with an evening walk at Yew Tree Heath to enjoy the flowering heather.

June has been a little wild energetically, not just for me but for many clients. If you can see beyond the chaos, these are what are known as "burning tower moments." Even though it may feel like you are unsure how you are going to move forward right now, take some time to sit with it and look beyond the present moment because there is always a lesson or a turning point in every challenge.

My tower moment was having both my car and my husband's car written off in the space of a week. The cars were thankfully parked and nobody was injured (amazingly!), but living in a rural village with a disabled husband brings great difficulties!

One of the silver linings is that I had to move the animal connections and healing workshop from last Saturday to this coming Saturday, so if you would like to come and join us for a beautiful day with the animals you can find more details here

As I have not been able to visit people over the last couple of weeks, it has given people the opportunity to choose a distant healing session over an in-person one. Often people are unsure about distant healing, but as it proved over the past couple of weeks to my clients, it is just as effective, and probably a little more mind-blowing to them when I email my findings. Energy has no concept of time or distance. We have to remind ourselves of our connection to all. It is only our thought process that limits the ability of our energy field. Feel free to get in touch here if you would like to discuss a distant healing session.

If you want to understand distance healing a little more, and our ability to connect with animals, loved ones, the land, and most importantly, yourself—come and join me for a day of "Trust in the Flow: Deepening Intuition and Healing Confidence."

You may be a healing practitioner who is looking to improve your skills, or a complete novice who is curious about what else is possible. There is something for everyone to take away from this day as I support you in finding your own unique way to strengthen your abilities.

If, like me you have had a challenging time during June, you may want to learn how to get really good at manifestation. During July, I am offering two opportunities to join me on a two hour workshop where I share the scientific, energetic and my personal experiences to help you manifest in a deeper way than just putting out to the universe. Find the workshops here to choose your venue of this months illuminating the human potential - Manifestation.

July is a time to enjoy wildlife in its abundance as it takes advantage of the ripeness of nature. The foals have all been born now here in the New Forest, and most of the birds have fledged. This gives them a time to reset, re-energize, and forage, play, and rest amongst the wilds before the season starts to change.

This is a short period in the calendar where the New Forest ponies can truly live wild and strengthen bonds and socialisation of herds, as there are no stallions out, no drifts, no hunting, just time to be. So, remember to keep your distance, even more so, as equine flu is a concern right now. It is airborne, but we can carry it on our clothes if we have been with an infected animal, so please help reduce the spread by keeping your distance.

Finally... A big thank you for all my birthday wishes, gifts and cards that were sent my way in June. I am so grateful for such a wonderful community of people.

Warm wishes, Jen x
