My response is how can it not?

When we walk in nature and feel safe in the company we are keeping questions will naturally arise. These questions may be from a space of fear, or searching for a deeper knowing, but its irrelevant, because we can always relate the answer to your question back to what is happening in nature. This is because we are part of it. We are a cog in the wheel of the seasons, the waves in the sea, the heat from the sun and the stars in the sky. When we can relate our experiences with the letting go, dormancy, growth or abundance of nature, we instantly feel a deeper connection to our surroundings and how it responds to our actions. When we feel safe, and feel part of something, we start to drop our guard, or should I say the filter.
Our brains work as a filter and it cancels out anything we deem unimportant, and when we are in a state of anxiety, or even just looking beyond ourselves for a spiritual experience, our body and brain will keep us in a space of safety and only keep what we know in our awareness as we seach beyond our physical self for the answers.
Let's refer back to nature - Science tells up some birds can see ultraviolet light. This is a sight range way beyond the human ability. Some animals have such acute hearing way beyond the human range. Plants can feel our vibration and respond to our nurturing or neglect, and even though we haven't experienced it ourselves we do not question it is possible?
When we sit in a space of stillness, particularly in a space that our whole being innately knows is home (nature) our body, soul, spirit and mind aligns. Our nervous system rests, and breathing regulates, our digestive system reawakens and our immune system boosts. This is because we are back in the energy of our body in a space of observation and our body starts to feel safe, therefore, dropping the veil of the filter. You see, your healing, your guides, your intuition, the answer to your questions are always there, but our brain filters it out. Just like our own nose on our face. It is always in our view, but we don't continuously notice it (although you probably do now.) The art of finding your inner healing, the spiritual experience is in your stillness and your observation, as you return to your body and shift your attention to what you now deem important, but the key to this lock is to feel safe, and the moment you do, you realise the resources, answers, guides, healing, signs and messages are all right there all within your grasp as we are part of the seen and unseen world too.
Walk in nature, feel safe, and ask inspirational questions. Your brain will start to highlight your search.
