Here we are on the longest night, our winter solstice. The energy is high on this long dark night. Winter solstice represents rebirth, and the planets are aligned for a time of reflection. This is time to think about what to let go of to help you renew your energy for the highest good in the coming new year and to help you achieve your soul's purpose and become the most authentic you.
