The Myths of Karma- Myth-busting week day 1
Updated: Aug 24
Karma is not something you carry from one lifetime into another. It is not about wishing ill on people who have hurt you. And it is not about becoming frustrated because you donβt have everything you desire simply because you have always tried to be a good person.

For me, karma is much simpler: πΎπ πππππππ ππππ πππ ππππ ππππππ.
When you wish harm on someone, you place yourself in a negative energy. You become consumed by anger, resentment, spite or jealousy. That energy becomes familiar, and what we repeatedly hold within ourselves can begin to shape the way we experience our lives. Suddenly, everything feels like a hurdle. Doors seem to close. We struggle to move forward.

Not punishment. Not revenge. Not some cosmic scorecard, but simply the energy we cultivate and the patterns we continue to create.
So protect your energy. Eat well. Look after your body. Do the things that make you feel alive. Surround yourself with interesting, inspiring people. Love deeply. Be creative. Laugh. Cry. Reflect. Be grateful. Keep growing. These things raise your vibration and create space for clarity, joy and possibility.
And perhaps that is the most powerful form of karma:

You don't need to see them fail. You don't need revenge. You don't need to prove anything. Let them remain in whatever energy they have chosen. If they continue to live through spite, jealousy and resentment, that is theirs to carry. You don't have to carry it with them.
Your job is to keep moving.
Keep creating.
Keep loving.
Keep becoming.
And while they remain looking backwards, you can turn your face towards the life waiting for you.
