How healthy is your reality?

As a nature therapist and intuitive healer, I see the same anxieties, behavioural patterns, mental and physical health issues time and time again.
There is no surprise in a world that asks us to be faster, richer, louder; A world where reality shows are successful programs with so called experts feeding into the trauma and anxiety of the participants.
Muffling the root cause of our anxieties, behaviours, trauma and pain with a new partner who presents the same issues can be very triggering, and abusing and distorting our beautiful bodies with botox and bum lifts will not make us love ourselves. Buying the newest fads and trying to 'keep up with the Jones' will not make us happy. These things may give us a thrill, but there's a void. We keep trying to fill it with material nonsense, or stand out from the crowd with a new face or latest designer outfit. We make ourselves so busy and loud, in hope that the void goes away, but in those moments of quiet, that void is gaping!
Let me tell you what that void is...

It is our disconnect from nature. We have moved so far away from our true selves, our animal instinct and our connection to our wild side. The voids in our bodies are screaming at us to take our shoes off and walk on the grass, taste the blackberry straight from the bush, sit with the trees and share our problems, dance in the rain or swim in the river.
We are nature, and she fully supports us with everything we need. When we take those first steps of rediscovering her, we start to rediscover our true selves too, as she reflects back our ability to heal, the beauty in every stage of our lives, the celebration in letting go, and the magic within the dark and the light.
🌳If we spend regular time with a tree, it will know we are coming from 2km away.
💧If we are kind to water, it shifts the molecules into a healthier, higher vibration.
🌱If you hold a seed an tell it what you require from it before planting, it will adapt its healing properties to benefit you.
🐘 Animals and birds can migrate without knowing the reason or the way, but trust their instinct to find both.
All these things are scientifically proven, although, intuitive healing and nature therapy is still questioned.
I have learnt how to connect with nature on such a deep level, I can tap into these magical scientific claims and
🙌 connect with people's energy from a distance,
⚡️shift the vibration of energies,
🌳Create relationships with flora and forna to communicate and offer each other what we need,
🙏and the biggest lesson of all I have learnt from Mother Nature is to trust my instinct and go with it, even if I don't understand at the time.
By simply acknowledging I am nature, the universe has my back, she has showed me how to heal my chronic illness, hold space for others and become emotionally and mentally capable. I no longer have a void. I no longer fear time on my own, I no longer have relationships with conditions attached, and I no longer suffer anxiety, pain or fear. Don't misunderstand me, I'm not complete in any way. Everyday is a lesson and every client is my teacher as I just hold the door open to their journey back to authenticity, but life is joyous, abundant and magical at every shift, and opportunity. Just as the falling leaves, the budding flowers, the nesting birds and the spring tides, I don't feel the need to rush it, as it happens at exactly the right time and I celebrate the wonder of letting go and rejuvenation as I walk with the seasons, the energies, the forna and the flora. Nature is being our example as she is quietly and gently doing her thing and holding space as she waits for us to acknowledge we are intrinsicallyentwined as part of her.
Be brave, make a small change towards your true authentic connection as nature. I have witnessed such healing within nature therapy and I promise you, it'll be so profound, you won't look back.
