Autumn Meditation

We are fully immersed in the beauty of autumn now, and as you enjoy the vibrant colours, scents, and sounds, remember the energy of autumn within us as well. This season is a time for reflecting on what you're ready to release. You might find yourself organising the house, often attributed to making space for a log basket or tidying up the spare room for storing Christmas gifts and wrapping paper. However, this is a natural instinct to tidy our 'nests' and remove what we no longer need. It creates energetic space for new projects, ideas, and manifestations to root in during the dormant winter months. Energetically, Christmas is at the wrong time of year, but I will discuss this further as the time approaches.
Go for a walk in nature and appreciate the beauty of letting go. If you come across a conker, pick it up, put it in your pocket, and take it home. Hold it in your hand as you relax and engage in this 40-minute meditation which you can download below, focusing on what you wish to release and what you want to make room for, allowing it to take root over the winter.
