This will be an inspiring and relaxing day deepening your knowledge, love and connection to the land.

🍂Enjoy a relaxing meditation to allow us to connect to the autumnal energies.
🍂We will discuss how we can connect energetically to the cycle of autumn to flow with the season and improve our emotional and physical wellness.
