About the event
This workshop is about self healing- Taking responsibility for our own healing, and self-awareness to help not only yourself, but others. We are all healers and have the capability to help ourselves and others, so even if you haven't worked with energy before, you will have the confidence to help yourself after this workshop.

✨️13th February - Shadow work - Spirituality isn't all love and light!
✨️ 13th March - The importance of nature connections - grounding and taking our lessons from nature.
✨️ 10th April - Tapping into your intuition - Where is intuition, and how to improve it.
