~ Animals can be our greatest teachers when it comes to self discovery, after all, we are just re-learning how to tap into our animal instinct. I will talk about how you can start to tap into the energy of your pets or wild animals and how they continually reflect back our behaviours and anxieties and I will give you a better understanding of animal communication, with some telepathic and healing exercises you can try with your pets.
