This 4.5 mile circular walk takes you through a working Inclosure with interesting log stacks, mixed woodland and high views across the heath. You may spot some southern wood ants repairing their nests amongst the trees or birds of prey across the open vista, and ponies can always be seen here. This walk can be done all year round, although wellies will be needed in wetter times. There is no public transport to the start of this route, but plenty of free parking. You will find this route near Bolderwood and Stoney Cross.
