We had some lovely walks in beautiful weather during May. We walked through the bluebell wood, walked the ancient Hillfort of Clearbury Rings and walked in the footsteps of smugglers.

During June, we will stroll along the river from the Moot at Downton. The two complimentary walks for full nature and nurture subscribers will include the stunning variety of habitats on the Ober Heath circular walk, perfect for enjoying summer wildlife and their young. Additionally, there will be an evening walk from Stoney Cross, with the possibility of spotting deer, Shetland ponies, and other evening wildlife amidst the wartime history.

Interestingly, during May, most of the intuitive healing I performed was for other healers and wayshowers. I believe we're all feeling somewhat depleted as spring transitions into summer.
Due to taking a week off during June, I am now fully booked for therapies, but feel free to get in touch regarding July, and I hope to see you at one of the events or walks during June.

In June, keep an eye out for the stag beetles as they start to appear. Young mammals and birds are becoming more adventurous as they explore their surroundings. Nightjars are making their churring calls in the heath, while mice and voles are sneaking off with your strawberries. Ragwort begins to bloom; although it's troublesome for livestock, it benefits many pollinators, so consider its position before removing it!

I am thrilled about the Rhythm and Roots nature-based workshop at Four Acre Farm this Saturday. I'm collaborating with my friends, some inspirational women to offer insights into foraging, intuitive gardening, wildlife identification, and the energetic connections to nature. Additionally, I will conduct a meditation and nature therapy session. A few tickets are still available for this deeply relaxing and inspiring day.

During June, I will be hosting the first monthly event called Once Around the Sun, where we look at nature, wildlife, commoning animals, and how we reflect what is happening in nature into our lives. There are no more available tickets for June, but if you would like to join me for this monthly talk from July, it will be held on the first Sunday of the month from 10-12:30. The tickets include something yummy and seasonal made by Kate Forrester from Four Acre Farm.

The energy flow conversation, another monthly event, is scheduled for the 14th. I really enjoy these open and sincere discussions about spirituality and wellness in a relaxed and safe environment. Everyone is welcome to join, so why not come along?
Thank you for your support and for taking the time to read this post. I am especially grateful to the Nature and Nurture members, whose support has allowed me to dedicate my free time to someone who currently cannot afford therapy. Additionally, I have offered a free spot in the energy flow conversation and a place on a walk.

In return, this month you will receive blogs on wildlife, including stag beetles and the great ragwort debate! There will be a tasty foraged recipe and a look at the folklore and traditions of the summer solstice. You will also receive an audio about manifestation and a meditation and a free downloadable walking route. For the full membership subscribers, don't forget your 2 free walks and 20% off all events.
If you would like to join the subscription, take a look here for more details, and know you can cancel anytime.
Warm wishes, Jen x
