About the event
The spring renewal wander is time spent slowing down and taking in our surroundings. learning a little about the folklore and medicinal benefits of spring blooms and looking at the 'tree compass' while reconnecting back as nature through some quiet time in ancient land and thinking about the new beginnings of spring and how they can reflect in our lives.
You will leave rested, inspired, grounded, rebalanced and reconnected to the beautiful land of the New Forest.
You will need to bring a rug to sit on and a drink to keep hydrated.
