About the event
This will be an inspiring and relaxing day deepening your knowledge, love and connection to the land.
The day will include;
A discussion about what is happening in nature and the New Forest right now. How summer influences the wildlife and commoning animals. 🐎
We will discuss how we connect energetically to the cycle of summer to flow with the season and improve our emotional wellness 🙏
We will take time for some nature therapy to anchor in the energetic connections, 🌻
Embark on a 3.5-mile guided walk to explore our connection to nature and what we have permitted ourselves to recall 🚶♀️
