Come and allow me to host you for a day of complete relaxation. This is a day where I combine all my skills, by offering you a healing session, guided walk and nature therapy. You will leave relaxed, aligned and inspired!

About the event
10.00 - I will welcome you where you can relax in the quaint, picturesque new forest courtyard garden and contemplation area, where I will offer you a refreshment and we will discuss the plan for the day.
10.30 - lay back and enjoy a 1 to 1 energy healing session to help rebalance and relax, then spend a little time alone to watch the garden wildlife and contemplate while the second healing session is being carried out.
12.00 - Lunch. Bring along your own lunch you can enjoy while relaxing in the garden and we can discuss any questions . (Tea and coffee will be provided.)
