About the event
This day consists of a energy healing treatment, a guided walk and nature therapy.
The day will start with refreshments and a short introduction followed by a energy healing session to start your day grounded and centred. Then given a little time to contemplate while simply observe the garden birds and wildlife. I will supply lunch before we head out onto the forest for the afternoon. This will consist of a guided walk of approximately 3.5 miles to include some time experiencing nature therapy. Taking time to sit, stand or lay amongst nature to reawaken your senses.
We finish the day with refreshments on the forest before heading home feeling relaxed, rebalanced and revitalised! £65 per person.
