On this workshop, we will meet on zoom to work on shadow work - Spirituality isn't all love and light!

~ We unravel the importance of looking at our behaviours, patterns and anxieties. We start to unfold the root of the problem and how we can very quickly start to heal and learn the lessons from our shadows. Everything needs a balance of dark and light, and people tend to shy away from the shadow work. If you are thinking this isn't the workshop for you.... then it really is! You will discover how to embrace your vulnerability and it will throw up a whole new layer of self discovery, self discovery and intuition. Without understanding the shadows, you will find your true, authentic path harder to find
