About the event
On this workshop you will learn the importance of nature connections - grounding and taking our lessons from nature.
~ You will start to discover how nature can validate your intuition and healing by the way it responds to you. We will get outside to spend some time with the trees and the hedgerows where I will combine science, ecology and intuition to show you how to connect to the earth energies and how that deeper layer of being 'connected to all' can enhance your intuition. We will then head indoors to warm up with a foraged drink to understand some medicinal uses of plants to support our bodies and the health benefits of working with the seasons.
